Hi zusammen,
hatte mal wieder eine Schilddrüsenkontrolle;
meine Ärztin sagt alles OK, was sagt ihr?
Volumen rechts 8ml, links 7ml, gesamt 15ml (normal bei Frauen bis 15-18ml).
Echonormales Schallreflexmuster mit Knoten rechts kranial, echonormal, 5mm,
links zentrolkaudal paratracheal von 6mm und 6mm, echonormal.
Serumfunktionstests:
FT3-RIA: 6,3 (normal 3,2-7,2 pmol/l)
FT4-RIA: 18,2 (normal 10-26 pmol/l)
TSH basal (sensitiv): 2,49 (normal 0,3-3,0 mU/l)
MAK (TPO-AK): 23 (normal <100 U/ml)
TRAK (TSH Rezeptor AK): 0,2 (normal <1,5 iU/l)
Calcitonin 2,7 (normal <10pg/ml)
Calcitonin negativ ohne Hinweis auf eine C-Zell-Neoplasie
