Der Texter war ein Visionär. Das Internet wird erst ein Jahr darauf folgend erfunden und Portale, auf denen man seinen Partner suchen kann, kommen erheblich später auf. Ich glaube, viele dachten damals, derjenige, der diesen Liedtext niedergeschrieben hat, wäre allem Anschein nach von allen Sinnen verlassen oder hätte etwas Ungesundes intus eingenommen.

es ist nicht gestattet, mich als gewöhnlichen deutschen Mann zu etikettieren und darüber hinaus noch zu behaupten, dass ich die amerikanische Kultur, die Musik und den Gesang nicht verstehen würde.

Erhobene Schwerter machen mir übrignes nichts aus. Ich bin Magier und entzaubere Schwerter, die ich in Wunderkerzen verwandeln kann...

Das ist toxisch, bestenfalls Negativistisch: und sowas kann ich nicht leiden
